Website

Arcanite Connect serves as the administrative system platform for Arcanite's CRM product. The project's objective was simplifying complex features and interactions with the goal of building a market-leading, user-friendly admin system.

My specific focus was designing an intuitive property searching homepage and a feature enabling batch sharing and editing of projects with connected agencies. Based on user feedback and comprehensive online research, I delivered the homepage and design of entire sharing process.

01

The Problem

How can I minimize the complexity of the property displaying and sharing process?

How can I minimize the complexity of the property displaying and sharing process?

Agents face the challenge of processing a tremendous amount of existing properties while continuously managing new listings. Quickly identifying and sharing suitable properties with clients or colleagues has become a significant pain point. This challenge requires a complete, intuitive property display page and a flexible sharing feature that enables multiple properties to be shared simultaneously.

We're facing three specific issues:

Need a comprehensive property information display page

Avoid confusing users when they switching between individual and batch editing operations

Maintain design inconsistency between the Arcanite product and Arcanite Connect (admin system)

02

The Research

I researched how competitors handle similar features in B2B admin systems and gathered feedback from our sales team about our current sharing capabilities. Based on this research, I created user personas and journey maps that reveal how users feel about potential batch sharing and editing features. My design focuses on integrating individual and batch editing in a way that feels intuitive to users.

Design Solutions & Iterations

Design Solutions

& Iterations

According to the analysis, I combined list and map views to display and search properties. This approach prominently shows location information, which is the most critical factor for agents. The sharing feature was designed to be easily accessible with comprehensive filtering options and guidance, significantly reducing the workload involved in sharing properties.

User Testing

To validate that our design meets user expectations and delivers a good experience, I conducted A/B testing and think-aloud sessions to guide our iterations. The final design has been refined based on these user testing results.
